My Commitment to Your Health

My passion for chiropractic stemmed from the benefits I experienced during my own treatment as an athlete. I have been a highly ranked shot put and discus thrower for the past 18 years and I am still currently ranked among the top throwers in the UK. I hold two UK age group records, have earned 31 national medals across the U13 to Senior categories, hold the Weber State University shot put record holder, and won bronze in discus and silver in shot put at the 2015 Commonwealth Youth Games.

I pursued higher education in the United States on a sports scholarship, studying Sports Medicine, Nutrition, and Coaching, and graduated from Weber State University in 2021. I then transitioned into chiropractic, completing my Master’s in Chiropractic at AECC in 2023. I am also a member of the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association

My extensive athletic career has given me profound insight into sports injuries and the rehabilitation process. These experiences fuel my passion for helping others reduce pain and achieve optimal well-being.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my husband, Oliver and dog, Dexter.
